Quick and Easy Pizza

Like I said in the video, I wanted some pizza really bad last week and I’ve been wanting to test out the 8 path temperature settings on BBQitALL so I decided to make it on my 22” Weber with the BBQitALL ring.

I wanted this to be something that anyone could do so I looked for the easiest recipe I could find. I also didn’t want to have to use any special equipment so instead of a pizza stone, I just used heavy duty aluminum foil. I thought I could get away with it since the 8 fire paths are all around, not under the pizza. I was happy to see that my hunch was right. The kettle got up to a consistent 550F after 20 minutes of cooking and the toppings were bubbling hot. Yet the crust was not burnt. I can’t wait to try other toppings and to perfect the dough. I like my pizza thin and crispy but I think most folks would like the dough to have a little more body.

I will also use a thicker cut of pepperoni. I literally used everything I already had and whipped this up in under an hour.
